Finds the edges of wood and metal studs up to 3/4" deep. Works on most wall coverings: drywall, plaster, wood, acoustic ceilings, and other laminates. Red LED lights up when stud edge is located. Auto tone signals stud edges. Uses a 9-volt battery (not included). Carded.
